Terms

This is a draft (2026-10-25-draft). It will be finalised with legal review once the operating entity is decided, and a changed version asks for consent again.

1. Who and what

Fizz shows, sells and runs games that play right in the browser. Operated by: Business details go here once the operating entity is decided (test build for now).

2. Accounts

You log in with the unified account; the store never takes a password. An account is for you alone and may not be transferred or sold. Under 14 needs a guardian's consent (see Privacy).

3. Buying and prices

Prices are in won and include 10% VAT. Bought games play any time from your library and saves stay on your account. During the test build (fake payment) no real money moves; only the record is kept.

4. Refunds

Within 14 days of purchase and under 2 hours played, refund instantly from the receipt page. This store sells whole games only and no in-game items. Details in the refund policy.

5. Makers

The store receives the money and, once the refund window has passed, automatically sends the developer's share (supply price minus the fee stated in the rules) to the payout account they connected. The payment provider verifies identity and bank details for that account. Payouts go to the payment provider's connected account (supported countries only) or to a payout-service account reached by email. Fees, conversion and taxes on the receiving side are the recipient's; until a destination is set, the share stays in the ledger. Tax paperwork is written into the rules first.

6. What people post

Reviews, discussions, lists and workshop packs are the poster's responsibility. No harassment, unlawful content, personal data or malicious data. Three separate reports hide a post first, and the store may remove what breaks the rules. Posts are used only as needed to show and deliver them in the store (rights stay with the poster).

7. Not allowed

Bypassing payment, abusing the store API with automation, buying or selling accounts, manipulating reviews or rankings, touching other people's saves or accounts. Breaches are notified and may restrict the account.

8. If the store changes or closes

If a game is taken down or the store closes, we give 30 days' notice and keep bought games playable as far as we can. Where we cannot, we refund by the refund policy's standard.

9. Liability

A game's content is its maker's responsibility; the store shows and runs it. Except for intent or gross negligence, the store limits liability as far as the law allows. Consumer rights guaranteed by law are not reduced by these terms.

10. Changes

Changes are written here and in the Rules first; important changes ask for consent again at login.

11. Law and disputes

Korean law applies. Disputes are settled by talking first, otherwise at the court of the operator's address (written once the entity is decided).
