Rules
What Fizz promises. Changes are written here first.
Instant play
Every game runs in the browser with no install. Purchases and saves follow your account to any device.
Discovery
No paid placement. "Popular now" counts players; "New releases" is by upload order. The featured strip rotates well-played and new games that have art. Review scores never affect placement.
Reviews
Only players with 10+ minutes can review. Each review shows playtime at the time of writing. Two scores: overall and last 30 days. Under 10 reviews we show only the count. Developers can reply but never delete.
Sale
10–90%, up to 14 days at a time. 30 days of rest after a sale. No sale within 30 days of a price change (no fake markdowns). Launch sales in the first 14 days are capped at 40%.
Refunds
A whole game is refunded instantly from the receipt page within 14 days of purchase and under 2 hours played (no hands involved). No in-game items are sold. The statutory 7-day withdrawal right may be limited for digital content, so we say so before purchase and refund more broadly under this rule instead. In the trial store a refund is only recorded in the ledger. Refund policy
Prices and tax
Prices are in won including 10% VAT, and receipts split net and VAT. Regional prices and other countries' taxes are decided together with real payment.
Payouts and fees
The fee is 8% of the supply price (price before VAT) plus ₩1,000 per paid sale. There are no other payment fees: the store carries card processing, currency conversion, refunds, disputes, payouts and servers. The fee only covers those costs, and it goes down when there is a surplus. Because of the per-sale part, paid games are priced at ₩3,000 or more. Sales land in the store; once the refund window has passed, the developer's share (supply price minus the fee) goes automatically to the payout account they connected. No hands involved; the dashboard ledger shows what was sent and what remains each month. Payouts go to the payment provider's connected account (supported countries only) or to a payout-service account reached by email. A Korean payment provider comes later. Tax paperwork will be written here first once settled.
Disclosure
If a game has AI-made art, sound or models, the count is shown under "How it was made". The studio counts automatically.
What is sold
This store sells whole games. In-game currency, consumables and passes are not sold here. The engine's in-game products are for other stores; here an in-game purchase returns "unsupported". The store also runs no ad network, so games show no ads (the trial store shows fake ones).
Friends and notices
Friendship needs both sides to accept. Friends can see what you played and your ranks. Notices appear in the store and, if you want, by email; turn email off on your page.
Discussions and reports
Every game has discussions (questions, bugs, tips, talk). Only players and buyers post, up to 10 a day. Makers can pin or hide posts but not delete them (only the author can). 3 separate reports hide a post until the maker looks. Reviews written within 1 day of creating the account are shown but not counted.
Lists and points
Anyone can pick public games into a list, and others follow it. "Picked by people" on the home page ranks lists by followers (no paid spots). Points come from reviews, helpful votes, posts, replies and followers; badges are point levels. Points never affect discovery.
Workshop
Only the kinds a game declares (levels, decks, maps: data) and only JSON. No code. Players and owners publish up to 10 a day, 64 KB per pack. The game reads what you subscribe to. 3 reports hide a pack until the maker looks. Packs and subscribers count toward points.
Events
Festivals (up to 21 days) are opened by admins, who set the theme. Makers apply and admins accept; only accepted games appear on the event page and the home, and no placement is sold. During a demo event anyone can try accepted games' betas; saves never mix with the live build.
Ratings and odds disclosure
The age rating (all, 12+, 15+, adults only) and content descriptors (violence, fear, language, sexual content, drugs, gambling, in-game purchases) are declared by the maker and marked "(self-declared)" on the game page. Official classification comes once the operating entity is decided. Adults-only games are played and bought only by people who said they are 18 or older (real identity checks come then too). If a game has loot boxes, the odds table from its data is shown on the game page as is, the same table the game shows inside.
Language and region
The store reads in Korean and English. Game text appears in your language when the maker provided it. Lists show games that support your language first.
